SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. All free shipping orders will be sent "Priority Mail" which may take up to 3-5 business days. For all other orders, the customer selects shipping. Not including Sundays, and holidays. All orders will be delivered by USPS.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS ( COVID 19 ) WE WILL NOT BE DOING RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AT THIS MOMENT.

( ONLY IF DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR ERROR ON OUR BEHALF )

We appreciate your purchase and support. We understand that sometimes you may have to return, or exchange a product for your own reasons. Although we hope this doesn't accure and you love our products we do understand. 

 

Items that can be returned / refunded 

( WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE )

 

·Unused Skin Products ( Scrubs, Body Butter, Rose Oil, Beard Products, Face Mask )

·Damaged, Defective, and/or Error on our behalf.

 

* Original Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless product is being returned due to a error on our behalf; In which we will email label to you.

* We will refund all qualifying returns on the card used at time of purchased within 5-7 days of receiving your return.

* Please email us at TheMoores@Patienceplove.com explaining why you want to return, along with your name.

 

 Items that cant be returned / refunded

· Unwrapped, opened soaps.

· Sale or Clearance Items

· Any Used Products, Skin Care ( Scrubs, Body Butter, Rose Oil, Beard Products, Face Mask )

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We will be happy to exchange any products that is damaged, defective, and UNUSED within 30 days of purchase.

· If product is damaged, defective, and/or a error on our behalf we will send you a replacement immediately after receiving your return. We will pay for shipping for the faulty product to get back to us

* Please enclose product you want to exchange, and your recipe ( circle which items you want to exchange )

* You are responsible for return shipping, and handling charges, which we will not refund, if its not because of a error on our behalf

 

IF ANY PRODUCT IS PAST THE 30 DAYS WE WILL NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE ANY ITEMS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY FULL REFUND, PARTIAL REFUND, AND/OR STORE CREDIT.
